What challenge were you trying to address with Devisar, LLC?

We made major improvements to our customer experience platform and wanted a new go-to-market plan that aligned with our marketing and sales strategy. We wanted to work with a company that could help us achieve our goals.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The overarching goal was the go-to-market plan for the enhanced product we have now. They took time to understand the industry we operate in and our competition. Then, they looked over our current processes for marketing and sales and made recommendations to maximize our profitability and revenue. They delivered the entire plan, which included a good understanding of the landscape and the personas of our typical buyers. It has a good script that outlines the brand values we propose to individuals in different industries.

How did you come to work with Devisar, LLC?

We put out feelers on LinkedIn and interviewed quite a few people for the project. During our interview, they knew exactly what we were looking for. Their previous experience and the ways they would approach our issues made a lot of sense for us.

The total cost was between $10,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project ran from March–May 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've started to use the pieces they delivered. The results have yet to be fully realized, but their work provides targets for us, and their input helps us focus our concentration on the most lucrative industries. We have a better understanding of our strengths, and they made good recommendations based on their understanding of the industry. We're trying those suggestions and are already seeing success.

How did Devisar, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very professional and very timely. They went the extra mile and always anticipated my needs. It was a delight to work with them, and we plan to use them again for future projects. I would recommend them highly to any company looking for a better understanding of their place in their landscape.

They were in the office two to three times a week and otherwise worked remotely. We use some internal tools, and all the deliverables came through Trello and Google Drive. They updated project plans regularly, and we came up with a timeline collaboratively. We met regularly and would follow up and review as needed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The depth and speed at which they understood our issues were meaningful and useful. They did the research, connected the dots, and made firm recommendations. They always backed up their recommendations with data, and they delivered everything within a few months.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Everything they delivered was top-notch, and we were delighted to work with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a clear goal outlined. Once our project plan was clear, it was easy to make changes and the flow was very smooth.
