I’m the CEO of Collab House, a cybersecurity tool.

What challenge were you trying to address with DevForce Soft Labs?

We needed a designer to create wireframes and designs for our main product.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

DevForce Soft Labs drew up the wireframes and UX design for the cybersecurity tool. They brought their own ideas to the table during the initial collaboration, regarding features like the dashboard and other functionalities.

The tool itself functions to gauge malicious content for several APIs. If there’s suspicious activity, it provides a breakdown of location and content associated with that activity, then categorizes it.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Tulasi (Founder & CEO) and four others.

How did you come to work with DevForce Soft Labs?

We shared a coworking space. DevForce Soft Labs led a technology workshop, and we ended up reaching out for our project. They shared some ideas and we liked their designs, so we decided to partner with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between 1.5 - 2 lakhs (approximately $2,000 - $2,500 USD) on the project.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement took place between February-April 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

DevForce Soft Labs produces good, quality work within a really short timeline. The team is professional, delivering not just technical work, but also documentation of all the design and UX/UI features with the thought processes that went into them.

How did DevForce Soft Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

The team was really responsive and transparent with the overall project. They managed the engagement very well. We frequently communicated in-person, but we also used Slack to help us collaborate around certain features with the larger team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

DevForce Soft Labs did their own research and came back with their own ideas. They’re diligent about staying constantly on top of the trends and new technologies. Everyone is a team player who works to understand the ultimate objectives of the project. It was a pleasure working with the team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d definitely work with them in the future.
