Development Partners modernized and upgraded our proprietary PubManager platform, a custom software system that manages the publication of legal notices for multiple newspapers throughout California.

The project involved rewriting and upgrading a legacy application to improve performance, reliability, usability, and scalability while preserving the specialized functionality required for the legal publishing industry. PubManager supports the complete workflow for legal advertising, from order entry and customer management to publication scheduling, billing, affidavits of publication, reporting, and compliance with California legal notice requirements.

Throughout the project, Hayk took the time to understand our unique business processes and implemented thoughtful improvements that streamlined operations and increased efficiency.

We asked Developer Partners to assist with continued build of our web application. We were wanting to add additional features to make the application more user friendly and to build out a few new features to the system.

We were able to define the scope of work and deliverables. The team was very responsive and accomodating to our business needs. We had weekly meetings where we discussed the current priorities, issues and defined deadlines to get the the project moving in the right direction. Developer Partners and their team were great with communication and exceeded all of our expectations.

Developer Partners were available for weekly Zoom meetings where we discussed the project needs. They were very adaptable to changing business needs and helped discussion options available so our stakeholders would have a better understanding of outcome and future scaleability to our tech decisions. 
They have been extremely professional and reliable in handling all of our development needs.

The company wants to be long term partners with the business. From the very beginning we discussed the vision for our organization so that they were aligned on our multi-year goal. They werent just looking to solve a couple of tech issues. They were looking to be our strategic tech partner so our long term vision could be accomplished. 
They have been helpful in allowing us to scale up and down in regards to software developers which has been incredibly helpful when we have more complicated or time consuming projects.

Developer Partners have been instrumental in building and maintaining a complex, global B2B SaaS application. When we started working with Hayk and the team at Developer Partners MedCompli was in the very early stages of development. The scope of work involved the development of significant new functionality and complex system integrations such as form.io, DocuSign, Diligent, Verify Comply, Microsoft Translate & many more API integrations.

It is a very fair statement that Developer Partner's built the core functionality within MedCompli and continue to be a valuable partner. There has been no need to bring development in house due to the outstanding partnership. We continue to challenge the team with new requirements, and they have always delivered an on time, quality product.

They built a SaaS Applicant Tracking System for us from start to end. The Developer Partners team built the architecture, UI, user experience. The application is a multi-tenant solution. We have regular weekly meetings and continue adding and enhancing the application.

1. We have regular weekly meetings where we go over the changes.
2. They also send us weekly progress reports via email that include screenshots and explanation of the work that was done.
3. We also have an Azure DevOps task board where we track the progress of the technical tasks.

Yes, they obsoletely nailed it! They always complete their tasks on time and deliver outstanding results. All we had to do is to explain them in a few words what we wanted them to do, and they took care of the rest. They came up with the technical solutions to the problems, created the technical tasks, and delivered what was asked.

They are a full service shop. We didn't have to spend time on looking for and hiring any other pros. They had all the required team in house and were able to build the project with their team. They also excellently reported the progress to us.
