I’m the CEO of ShareVault, a secure cloud-based virtual data room platform for sharing sensitive documents during business transactions such as M&A, fundraising, and licensing. We serve industries like finance, biopharma, and legal services.

Additionally, Detect manages, investigates, and triages alerts before escalating. 
The team also ensures uptime and reliability, keeping systems running and minimizing downtime. Moreover, detect provides basic troubleshooting, fixing common issues, or routing them to engineering teams. Finally, the team tracks capacity and performance, watching load, usage, and scaling needs.
