I work for a Milk products company as the market development manager. I represent our dairy products.

I needed a company to help design the creative elements. We needed branding agency before launching a new global marketing strategy.

What were your goals for this project?

We had worked with designers in the past, but we were looking for an agency that could fully understand our goals for the branding and design.

They were referred to us internally. I interviewed several agency and out of the three we were considering, designerPeople was by far the best option for this project.

We started with several kickoff meetings to discuss our brand guidelines and present our vision for the branding. These meetings involved our marketing/creative services team. After exchanging ideas with us, they came back with two concepts for the overall design. We provided feedback and eventually chose one of the designs to move forward with. We started working with them in populating their designs with content and they worked to create a final product design.

We worked with a principal designer, a project manager, and the company’s creative director. Their CEO was also occasionally involved throughout the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve gotten significant positive feedback from consumers often highlighting the modern design and overall organization. It does a great job at accurately representing the product.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I was very impressed by their project management skills. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns that came up. It was very easy to work with them throughout the process. We had five or six meetings in person or via Skype, and I would communicate with them about once a week via email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They quickly understood our goals and managed to effectively translate them into a high-level design.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, nothing comes to mind. We really enjoyed working with them. They were always open to discussion and took a very professional approach to considering and incorporating any critical feedback that we provided.

We had an initial meeting with Designerpeople and discussed our concept for the brand. They took that information and came up with a bunch of ideas. We continued to have subsequent meetings, during which designerPeople presented different options in PDF format on a big projector at their office.

We typically work with 2–3 people, someone from a rotating cast of graphic designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everybody seems to like the logo design that Designerpeople came out with; their work has struck a chord with people in a big way. Feedback is often unsolicited, so it seems like people really like their work.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

DesignerPeople was excellent. They had great communication and hit their deadlines. They were clear in everything that they did. We communicated at least once a week, either via phone or email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I’m very satisfied with the designs, which is obviously what I really wanted. I wouldn’t accept anything less than something that I really liked. From a project management standpoint, they were very good at coordinating all of the parties involved. Their ability to effectively communicate where they were and what was happening impressed us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I don’t have any criticism. They were very good. We both had our own ideas, and anytime those diverged, it was pretty easy for me to get them back to where I wanted to be.

I was going through random websites due to their high rating we checked out their site in which we checked out their real time case studies and knowledgeable blogs which motivated us to select them. Then their marketing head visited our office we discussed project and that kick started our relationship with them.

Since we are into kids apparel section so our target audience was not only kids but majorly their parents hence we needed creative and appealing. We wanted to create brand story through beautiful logo and ensure to flow same theme on our e-commerce website also. Wanted cheerful and attrative logo and ecommerce to keep simple, beautiful and user friendly.

We were in touch with versatile of team of senior graphic designer, project manager, creative head, branding associate and marketing person.

Our market place is expanded due to versatile and user friendly website done by DesignerPeople, which increased the sales rate. Even the logo which they designed had beautiful story which was appreciated and well received by audience. We are now connected to well established brands due to improved brand identity and image.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They have a very strong team coordination, from the time project started we were kept aligned and informed. The project manager is having a lot of patience which made us comfortable to share all concern related to designs. Everything is kept transparent, feedbacks are taken on every design shared until and unless we were not satisfied they were passionately working. Their team initially visited our office and then we were in touch with them through phone calls, whatsaap and emails. Overall experience was good and productive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have offered us valuable and extremely satisfying services for the web development and designing of our retail brand “Younglings” for kids apparel collection. Working with them has also been really simple due to the extended services offered from their end, easy approachability, prompt responses and patience from their end. We are looking forward to trying their marketing services next and hoping for a similar experience in the future.

I believe in the concept of “less is more” hence my basic idea behind the project was to get designing which will highlight the brand name and its value proposition. Therefore for logo and packaging my briefing was to keep simple, innovative, creative and distinct designs. We have just launched the products, but the response is good. Visibility aspect and shelf pickup are high yet progressive. There is a lot of positive feedback around the brand, which is highly motivating and inspiring.

DesignerPeople processes are very strong; they coordinated the project through phone calls, emails and WhatsApp group, which was formed involving their complete creative team in it. Creative feedback and they're never giving up attitude is appreciable. Hence my team and they were continuously in touch with each other without even meeting them. Personally, it was always a pleasure to be associated with them.

They have a powerful creative skill set, supportive managers, and yes, they are excellent with their energy towards work. Everyone is passionate and enthusiastic. So inspired by fairytails we decided to use cute little bird from fantacy world which is symbol of trasmiting our brand stories amoung people and decide to give earthy tones palette which emphasizes cultural ethos and rich heritage of India. Invite,stationary identity, standee and many other marketing collaterals are also designed by DesignerPeople.

We have visited their office many times throughout the project.Every alternate days we connected with Mr Sanjay sometimes if required even designers communicated with us to understand our core need and point of view.
They are very hardworking and made an effort until I was satisfied with the designs.

We had availed services for logo+graphics, stationary identities,marketing collaterals, website development from Designer/Logo People And we had a very good experience dealing With them. Mr Shivam and his team/Sanjay ji gave us best client servicing and agreed to deliver us services at a reasonable fees. Would highly recommend others for product packaging and graphics . They are master's Polite, Supportive, Co-operative and Most important easily reachable and responsible company and staff . Since lots of agencies are not approachable and friendly professional for business but had good experience with them Team Parikatha Design Studio.
