Get a real-time quoteEmbedded nearshore design teams for US banks
Design Squads embeds senior design teams with US banks and digital product teams. Our designers work in US time zones, and they are our employees, not contractors. You keep your Head of Digital and your directors, and you add design capacity without adding headcount, at up to 30% less than equivalent US hires.
We usually start with a squad of two or three people on a live piece of work, in about two weeks, and then scale. Squads cover UX/UI for web and mobile apps, prototyping and user flows, design systems and component libraries, user research, and data visualization. Additional services include brand enablement and change management design; and retail design for in-store, shopper marketing, and POS.
Design Squads is the embedded design-team model built by Hibrids, operating since 2013 with studios in San Francisco, Spain, Mexico and Colombia.
