We hired Design Orbits for logo design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Design Orbits handled the full logo design process, including initial concepts, revisions based on our feedback, and final delivery in multiple file formats (PNG, vector, etc.) ready for web and print use. The team also provided a basic brand guideline covering color codes, font choices, and logo usage rules.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our new logo gave us a more professional brand image, which helped improve trust with new clients and made our marketing materials look more consistent. We also received positive feedback from clients and partners on the new look, and it noticeably improved how our brand was perceived. For example, a couple of partners said the new logo made our brand feel more established and trustworthy.

How did Design Orbits perform from a project management standpoint?

Design Orbits delivered on time. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Design Orbits delivered good professional work on time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing major. Maybe the turnaround on a couple of revisions could have been a bit quicker, but overall, the experience was smooth.
