• Develop an H2 safety helmet that exceeds the ANSI and EN regulatory standards
• Design the helmet that makes it easy on users to swap out accessories 
• Provide the most ventilation possible on helmets to prevent heat stroke on users 
• Provide an electric barrier on the helmet that is not affected by wear and tear.

DMC's project management skills are fantastic.They know how to listen to our needs, and are able to take vague user requirements into tangible deliverables. When changes are required, they adapt accordingly while also giving feedback to the effect of changes. It helps non technical members understand and make the best decision that is right for them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact that they match their phenomenal skills with their integrity and work ethic. It is rare finding companies that have 2 out of the 3, let alone having all three skills. On top of that, they are very easy to work with.

• Stage 1: We asked to create multiple concepts based on the design brief, of a portable, rugged, waterproof medical device
• Stage 2: Build on the selected concept for design for manufacturability and assembly
• Stage 3: Provide photo realistic 3D renders for marketing material, and all CAD files needed for third party manufacture at volume

DMC were on ball all the time, fast turn around, took scope change in their stride, iterated where needed, provide recommendation that benefitted the product and where flexible given the time zone difference

Their depth of technical engineering knowledge, coupled with conceptual design, was impressive - A one stop shop for making real world products (not just a concept that cannot be manufactured!)

I worked with DMC to bring my product to life - taking it from the conceptual stage all the way to a finished product. They developed the design for the racing car watch stand, including a number of prototypes along the way, and then supported me on identifying and working alongside a reputable manufacturer to make the product.

DMC regularly met the project milestones on time, and were very accommodating to changing requirements. Throughout the design and manufacturing of the product, they were always willing to accommodate all my needs, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I was on track. They were also able to successfully work alongside my manufacturer to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Design Make Connect understood my needs and vision for my product, and were able to work with me to deliver on what I wanted. However, they also were willing to provide their own input and interpretation based on their experience and skills, which helped guide me to a better end-result. The DMC team are very experienced, and more importantly, passionate about what they do, and they treat their clients projects as if it's their own - taking full responsibility and accountability for everything.
