Before we start, we agree on clear goals, like more booked consultations, inquiries, or sign-ups, a brand that finally feels like you, or a site your team can update with confidence. After launch, I check in on those goals and on how clients respond to the new brand or website. Many of my clients come back for new projects or ongoing support, which is the best measure of all.

Right now I'm most excited about brand identity and website projects for founder-led businesses in healthcare, behavioral health, medical and dental practices, law firms, higher education, and nonprofits. Typical projects include a full brand refresh, a new Framer website, landing pages for launches or events, and bilingual English/Spanish sites. I also take on product design work, like UX research, interface design, and design systems, and offer monthly design retainers for teams that need ongoing support.

It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call to talk about your goals, audience, and timeline. From there, I send a clear proposal with scope, deliverables, pricing, and milestones. Once it's signed, you'll get a short questionnaire and we'll hold a kickoff session to align on strategy, references, and next steps. You'll always know what's happening, what I need from you, and when to expect each deliverable.

Every project follows a clear path: discovery, strategy, design, refinement, and launch. You'll get a timeline with milestones at the start, regular progress updates, and a shared space to review designs and leave feedback. I'm available by email or scheduled video calls, in English or Spanish. At each milestone, I walk you through the work and the reasoning behind it so decisions feel easy, and I finish with a handoff so your team feels confident managing everything after launch.

I intentionally keep a small roster of active clients so every project gets my full attention. Because I'm a one-person studio, you always work directly with me, never a rotating team. If my schedule is full, I'll be upfront about my next available start date so you can plan around it.
