Please describe your company and your position there.

Sokoto Guest inn Hotel has been in existence since 1987. We provide accomodation, halls for events among other services to our customers within and outside Nigeria. I am the I.T personnel for Sokoto Guest Inn hotel in Nigeria. Our Company has over 150 staffs charged with various responsibilities for the daily running of the Company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Clutch Design?

In 2019 during the lockdown from covid-19 pandemic. The interface as well as the design structure of my hotel became a thing of concern and at the close of the year General meeting of the company, a vital decision was taken to hire clutch design, to give our website a new and beautiful outlook. As well as to have a mobile app which will be user friendly to all our intending customers who which to book for accommodation from the comfort of their home.

What were your goals for this project?

All we wanted was to give out our very best impression as one of the oldest hotel in Nigeria today. We also intend to have a spam free site and a user friendly mobile app. And clutch design never disappointed us.

How did you select Clutch Design?

At first A team was setup by my company to carryout a preliminary survey of the best web developers online and after much debate, clutch design was picked to get the job done base on trial. We are more than happy to have selected them because they never disappointed us.

Having a spam free website of our own as well as the mobile app to support it. This was carried out successfully with the help of our marketing team and the clutch design team.

What was the team composition?

Members of the I.T personnel which I happened to lead. Members of the marketing team and members of clutch design. No arrangement was made in the absence of any of the teams.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Customers feedback became positive immediately after our app was launched. The least rating we got from app reviews was 4. Most 5 star rating gave us the courage to thank clutch design for a job well done.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective, and as a matter of fact, the team assigned from clutch design to handle the project is simply the best.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are Time consciousness, and this blew my mind off. Secondly their level of experience and maturity in trying to please their client.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Its not always how far, but how well. They are simply the best web developers online because they are damn good at what they do
