Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Deploy Studios took on the project of refining our current native app and redesigning our UX/UI with their designer using Figma. From there, the dev team created a new build with the new interface, and we started a collaborative approach to testing, which we are about to wrap up as we prepare for launch!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At each step of the way, before proceeding, they were super receptive to feedback and updates, allowing each phase to begin aligned. My team is very happy with the new design and excited to finish the final phasing of testing the new build as our userbase is excited for the new features that Deploy Studios helped design and implement. Very happy overall with the outcome and team assigned!

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We have open communication and frequent alignment calls on needs and expectations, both ways, which I really like because it feels very team-like rather than pure delegation, which shows their intent for client satisfaction. Some items took longer than expected but that's partly due to additional requests on our end. They always have a good attitude if our needs change, which we appreciate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Deploy Studio's value for cost is very strong. You will be working with professional designers, project managers, and devs for a much lower rate than comparable agencies. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Deploy Studio could have done differently?

Nothing stands out as a significant area for improvement I'm just hopeful that once our new app is released to the public, we will find ways for Deploy Studios to integrate with our current dev so it won't be siloed, but I'm confident we will make it work.
