From user reasearch to the the turnover of wireframes.

Our eHealth Card has no precedence in the field veterinary medicine and pet care. The blend of Southeast Asian culture, public and pet health conditions, the nuances of biologicals, veterinary medicine and engineering algorithm requires a lot of user research to pull off.

Any end result in design is built on the foundation of strong research.

Based on the feedback of early beta users, user friendliness and solving the pain point of veterinarians and pet owners.
