Denotec was instrumental in bringing my vision for the Memory Boxes as part of the service 'From My Perspective' to life - Their involvement spanned the following key areas:

• PCB Design: Denotec's engineering team worked closely with me to translate my functional requirements into a fully customized PCB design. They provided expert guidance on the technical specifications, ensuring the design met the form factor and electrical constraints needed for my product. They also optimized the layout for performance and manufacturability, which helped ensure a smooth transition to production.
• PCB Manufacturing & Assembly: Once the design was finalized, Denotec managed the entire manufacturing process. They took care of sourcing high-quality components, assembling the boards, and conducting quality checks. Their ability to handle both the manufacturing and assembly in-house significantly reduced lead times and ensured that the final product met my quality expectations.
• Software Development: In addition to the hardware, Denotec developed the software required to make the Memory Boxes function as intended. They understood my vision and created intuitive software that allowed seamless interaction with the hardware. This included developing custom firmware to enable specific features, ensuring both reliability and scalability for future upgrades.

There were no specific measurable outcomes defined for this project. Success was determined by the functionality of the final product aligning with the project brief. As long as the Memory Boxes operated as intended, meeting the design and performance requirements, the project was considered a success.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Denotec’s project management was excellent. They were professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. They consistently responded to my needs promptly and were flexible with any adjustments I requested. 

While there were some logistical delays with component deliveries, which were outside of Denotec’s control, they still managed the situation professionally. All deliverables were provided on time, and their communication was clear and proactive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Their proactive communication, flexibility, and commitment to delivering a quality product made them a pleasure to work with.

No, I didn't encounter any areas for improvement—everything was handled smoothly.
