1) We provide a services management system to governments, when users make a transaction like pay taxes or tokenize their deed, they pay us a small transaction fee.  

2) We have a real estate search engine & marketplace. We populate it with data generated by the private sector and verified and certified by the government (via contractual obligation). This service automates real estate transactions as well as fractional investment (client crowdfunds a mortgage that is secured by real estate or land). Our technology secures, manages, records, certifies and stores property rights, ensuring investor rights to; dividends, payments and legal compliance. We are compliant with local and international laws.

We have contract with the governments of El Salvador, Honduras and Mexico. We also have contracts with dozens of private real estate developers and property owners, totaling over 500 million $ of private property being tokenized for sale and fractional investment on www.kasas.io
