• Proactive Communication: At times, we found ourselves initiating follow ups to stay updated on progress. Implementing more regular check-ins or status updates could improve transparency and keep all stakeholders aligned. 
• Documentation Depth: The technical documentation provided was functional but could benefit from more detailed explanations, especially for teams less familiar with the specific technologies used. This would aid in smoother knowledge transfer and future scalability.
