What was the scope of their involvement?

Deft Decor handled the interior decoration and design work for our project. The main deliverables included stylish, well-finished decor elements that matched my requirements. They worked on the main interior areas of my project and delivered decorative elements that improved the overall look and feel of the space.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project results were very satisfying, with improved space design, better functionality, and a noticeable enhancement in the overall appearance of the area. We received positive feedback for its improved appearance and functionality. The redesigned space became more attractive and practical to use compared to before. The feedback was mainly based on informal observations and general satisfaction with the improved design and usability of the space.

How did Deft Decor perform from a project management standpoint?

Deft Decor showed good project management. They were professional, organized, and delivered the work on time according to the project schedule. We communicated via in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive part was their attention to detail, creativity in design, and their professional approach throughout the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the experience was good, but faster communication during some stages of the project could have made the process even smoother.
