We had to develop a tool for our hospital clients to cater to their lab requirements.

How did you select this vendor?

We got Deepiotcs to develop a IOT based solution that has achieved our objectives. We are enhancing some of the features on the product and plan to file a patent.

Design, development, testing and finally deployment were outsourced due to paucity of expertise and lack of bandwidth.

The project is in final stages of mass deployment

Except for the delays due to nonavailability of parts due to COVID19, we were able to hit all the milestones.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The knowledge and skillset of the project lead and the team. Importantly, their flexibility to accommodate our changing requirements has helped.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes, the team can spend some more time of documentation.
