Title: Solidity Developer Needed to Launch ERC-20 Loyalty Token (Polygon / Healthcare Web3 Project) Description: We’re launching a real-world healthcare loyalty and referral token on the Polygon blockchain, starting in two optometry clinics with plans to scale nationally. We need a skilled Solidity developer to deploy and test an ERC-20 utility token using OpenZeppelin libraries. You’ll be working on Eye Coin (EYE)—a loyalty/rewards token that patients can earn and redeem for services and products. ⸻ 🔧 Scope of Work: • Use OpenZeppelin ERC-20 templates • Customize the contract to support: • Minting / Burning • Pausable transfers • AccessControl (e.g., MINTER_ROLE) • Redeem function (burn() with event emission) • Test and deploy contract to Polygon testnet and mainnet • Verify contract on Polygonscan • Deliver ABI, deployment addresses, and test instructions ⸻ 🧠 Ideal Candidate Has: • Strong Solidity and EVM experience • Past deployment of ERC-20 tokens using OpenZeppelin • Familiarity with Hardhat/Foundry for testing • Experience with Polygon • Optional: has worked on reward/loyalty/token utility models ⸻ ✅ Deliverables: • Production-ready ERC-20 token contract • Full Hardhat test suite (unit + edge cases) • Polygonscan verification + contract metadata • Support with deploying live version and testing 1–2 real transactions ⸻

I'm the CEO of Degen Forest, a financial services company. We offer an easy-to-use cryptocurrency wallet packed with features like cross-chain swaps, DeFi loans, yield staking, and much more.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Decrypted Labs to accomplish for your cryptocurrency wallet project?

We needed help developing a set of smart contracts that executed our business model automatically. From fee collections to rewards distribution and DAO governance, we needed Decrypted Labs to build our whole stack of Web3 smart contracts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Decrypted Labs developed five different smart contracts and acted as our website developer. The smart contracts were responsible for fee collection, token aggregation, profit split, automatic token buyback and burn, and DAO governance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were in constant communication, testing different features and functions of the smart contracts via testnet and then on mainnet until we completed the project. We were extremely happy with the results because everything worked as expected. Thanks to Decrypted Labs, we now run a smooth operation.

How did Decrypted Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Decrypted Labs delivered on time. We primarily communicated via email and messaging apps.

We were impressed with their clean code that worked great and the level of support they gave us even after the project was over.

We engaged Decrypted Labs to support the early-stage design of our product by creating Figma wireframes and a clickable prototype. The scope of work included: Translating our initial concepts into clean, professional wireframes. Designing intuitive user flows that reflected the product vision and end-user needs. Building an interactive prototype in Figma to demonstrate functionality and validate ideas with stakeholders. Delivering design assets that could be easily handed off for further product development. The key deliverables were a complete set of Figma wireframes and an interactive prototype that brought our concept to life and allowed us to gather feedback quickly.

What impressed me most was the combination of technical design skill and clear communication. Nabeel quickly understood the vision and translated it into clean, professional wireframes that felt both creative and practical. His ability to balance user experience with business needs made the prototype not just visually appealing, but also highly functional. The responsiveness and attention to detail throughout the process made the collaboration stand out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Decrypted Labs could have done differently?

Overall, I was very satisfied with the collaboration. If anything, the only area for improvement would be to perhaps provide a bit more documentation or notes alongside the wireframes so that handoff to developers is even smoother. But this is a very minor point — the work itself exceeded expectations!
