In 1999, four industrial designers – Dietmar Dix, Marcus Frankowski, Meike Noster, and Harald Steber – joined forces to form Deck5, serving renowned regional and international companies ever since. The four founders bring different areas of expertise to the company, which is why Deck5 covers a wide range of product design and presentation. With employees from the fields of industrial design (Dagmar Schmitz), graphic design (Maja Schulte-Vogelheim, Meike Hamann), organization (Bärbel Plutta), and photography, Deck5 develops products ranging from toothbrushes to surgical lights. Projects for product presentation are developed, from displays and shop windows to shop concepts.
In open teams, Deck5 initially develops very different approaches and ideas for projects. Together with the client, these are then refined to an optimal solution and brought to market maturity with various manufacturers.
