Decision Information Resources, Inc. (DIR) provides expert research, evaluation, data collection, and technical assistance services to help our clients measure program effectiveness, make evidence-informed decisions, and improve results. Since 1984, our clients have included all levels of government, nonprofit organizations and foundations, businesses, and educational entities.

Decision Information Resources is a certified small, minority-owned business with experience in leading the design and implementation of large multisite studies (including random assignment studies and quasi-experiments) and small third-party program evaluations. Decision Information Resources provides technical assistance to enhance the capabilities of program providers to collect and use data for performance measurement, program planning, and outcome analysis.
