The firm was founded in 2004 by Moshe Debby, who for over a decade served as the Chief Communications Officer in various government ministries. In 2012, Debby joined forces with advertising specialist, Ron Shelly to establish ‘Debby & Ron’ – a digital advertising and content marketing agency specializing in advanced new media platforms.

Combining the two main pillars of the communications world, the group provides an innovative public relations approach, with over 100 clients and professional consultants, who have extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of the local ecosystem across diverse verticals and fields, providing comprehensive experience in public relations, crisis management, branding, reputation building, communications and marketing strategy, employer branding strategy planning, digital asset management, social media, data, etc. 

In April 2015, the group signed an affiliation agreement with Edelman, one of the world’s leading communication marketing firms, to serve as its exclusive representative in Israel.
