He was first licensed as a commercial real estate agent in Delaware in 1981, and has since become licensed in three additional states. He is the broker of record for our firm, and has specialized in retail leasing and general commercial brokerage for the past 35 years. He has completed over 500 lease and sales transactions, bringing a broad range of market knowledge and experience to each.
