As a local CPA and consulting firm headquartered in West Virginia, the firm provides audit, tax and consulting services to a diverse cross section of clients throughout West Virginia.

Steve is the President and Managing Owner of Dearien & Company, A.C. He has over 34 years of experience in public accounting, during which time he has served a diverse cross section of clients ranging in size and financial complexity from major multi-national, public companies to development stage and family-owned businesses.
