I am co-founder and owner of Western Valet Parking Solutions.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dead West Creative, and what were your goals?

We wanted to display to our customer base the full scope of services provided by Western Valet. From valet parking cars, to shuttle services and parking lot management.

How did you select Dead West Creative and what were the deciding factors?

I had heard wonderful things about Dead West from clients of mine and decided they were the right choice after looking at some of their previous work.

The video highlighted how wonderful of a transformation your event can undergo when having a courteous valet company there to handle the intake and outtake of cars and guests.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked directly with David Abate and he was very organized and helped us see our vision more clearly which is exactly what we needed. We weren't quite sure what we wanted and we got the perfect video out of it as a result of his expertise.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have gone on to book more new business than ever before the and video was huge in grabbing the attention of those clients via digital mareketing.

David made sure to contact us on a regular basis to ensure we were moving the project along at an appropriate speed for a pretty hard deadline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's attention to detail and commitment to our company was impressive. We know that he is doing the same for many other clients every day.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We couldn't have been happier with the outcome of this project and got tremendous value out of the project. The video has paid for itself and beyond.
