I am Dipesh Gol Partner at Orbit Fasteners Ind. We are manufacturer of Fasteners (screw, bolt, nuts, etc). We are into this business since 1995.

For what projects/services did your company hire Deaara, and what were your goals?

We needed help in rebranding our brand. We are in process of expansion and we want to have a brand upliftment so that we could have impactful presence in the market in future.

How did you select this vendor?

We had interviewed several agency for our rebranding work and we were not much stratified on many front to whom we interviewed. Then we got a chance to meet the founder of Deaara through a reference. He with his team was interviewed and then they came up with an in depth plan and this is point where we were convinced and made us hire them.

We were looking to revamp everything from the scratch. To understand our vision they had a 3 days long session in which all the minute details regarding the brand aspects and customer persona was built up. Then this details were put down in a proper format and later this worked as touchpoints of every question we as a team faced. They came with beautiful brand slogan, logo and brand guidelines. In each steps they kept us involved. Finally they handed over all the files including the 10 page booklet named "Orbit Gita" in which all the details like brand vision, persona. do and don'ts, mission was covered. This will further help us in marketing in future.

On different stages different people worked with us. Overall there were 5 people working on this project. From creative director to brand strategies specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were skeptical initially if our traditional values will be matched. But gradually when they started presenting the idea we were confident enough on they understood and what we want. They envisioned and came up exactly with what we wanted. Modern touch with the traditional values is what they have gifted us in the rebranding process. This is the success we at Orbit will call for.

They are very strict on timelines and getting the feedback on time is what makes them finish the project before time. They guided and pushed us to think on every step. We were using mail and skype for our internal communication and they were very active upon replying for anything asked.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their decade of experience helped in researching our targeted audience and persona, sheer professionalism and quick understanding upon each subject is what impressed me while working on the project. Their team strength in understanding the business and values was something to mark upon.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing so far.

We have hired Deaara studio for the packaging design of our two product i.e. Whey protein and plant protein.

We wanted to have a attractive packaging design for our protein product that have amazing structure, colour combination, imagery and texture.

We are searching online for the packaging designer. We have shortlisted few and among them Deaara has been selected after few around of meetings and their previous work sample.

Once we selected the Deaara, we have meetings with their team about our expectation. Firs they drafted our brand logo. Afterward, started with packaging design where in they provided us few concepts and among them based on our inputs they have re-worked and give us a nice packaging design.

We have been assigned with a project manager (PM) who had supported us and acted as single point of contact. While designing , to discuss out inputs in packaging design, PM has arranged our call with designers who were also supportive. There were two designer apart from PM.

We are happy with the label they have designed and we have got review from our internal circle about design and the review we got are positive and favorable.

Work flow was quite smooth abiding all the timelines.

Their turnaround times that followed every feedback session were very impressive.

Our goal is to increase awareness for our products in the market as well as to increase sales gradually.

How did you select Deaara?

We were looking for a Digital marketing agency in the city. Via Google, we managed to found 10 good agencies. We did set up e meets and with some personal meetings to make them understand our requirements and to understand their strength and past projects in a similar industry.

We chose Deaara over the other 9 agencies because we found their proposal kinda cost-effective, as well as their continuous interest in our products, was attractive. They have designed a package as per our requirements. The selection has been done by my Director.

We have multiple projects running with deaara as below:

1. Social Media Marketing: Deaara is designing our Social media campaigns on a monthly basis where content for the product is being decided mutually.
2. Social Media Management: Regular activity on our social media pages is being handled by Deaara.
3. Promotional Creatives: Our promotional creatives such as danglers, Cafe tent standees, and our brochures are being designed by Deaara.
4. Packaging and Labeling Designing: Deaara is designing labels and packaging concepts for our upcoming products.

What was the team composition?

a team of 4 people is dedicatedly working on our projects. A content writer Creative Designer Social media Handler And a mentor to the above three.

We have started our journey with deaara three months ago and got good enough engagement until now. Normally such processes take time to give you results. But overall our experience is satisfactory.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our Major communication happened over emails and telecoms. Team Deaara is very responsive and they have a good understanding of the visions and expectations we had from them which made it, even more, easier to control and review their workflows.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their creative approach to all our projects is something liked most up to this time.

So far none. But as I said it is just three months that we have been working together.

I’ve worked only with their coordinator, but they have a whole team working for us.

I found their website through Google and it looked quite creative and innovative. Due to that, I got in contact with one of their coordinators.

The cost so far is 12,000–15,000 AED (approximately $3,300–$4,100 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Deaara around June 2020 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don’t have detailed metrics, but the services Deaara is providing are very important for us in the restaurant industry. 

How did Deaara perform from a project management standpoint?

They have an entire team on the backend, and they use specialized tools to deliver the work. We mostly communicate via email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The way they take initiative and communicate with the client is really amazing. There are a lot of companies I could’ve worked with in Dubai, but the response they gave me wasn’t as great. I’ll definitely work with Deaara again in the future — they’ve given us 100% of everything we’ve asked for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re good at what they do, so they should expand. Deaara could also improve on the payment side but we’ve had a good experience working with them overall.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Deaara is a good company, and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Kedia Udhyog is a twenty-eight-year-old company in the Timber Industry. From Processing raw logs into Sawn Wood (Mostly Pinewood and meranti) to manufacturing door frames from hardwood (Teak and Meranti Wood). We are also prominent suppliers of Shuttering Wood, Shuttering Pine Wood Batten, and Shuttering Ply.

Recently, we become one of the prominent importers/suppliers of Red Pine which is mainly used for furniture manufacturing. I am Managing Marketing and Networking for the company in Ahmedabad for the last few months.

We wanted to use the digital marketing space for our company as no one is currently doing that judiciously for building materials. We hired Deaara for creating a User Interface for the website and the content in it. We didn't want template/theme-based stuff as it becomes too general.

How did you select Deaara?

I have a good network so I was inquiring about a UI developer or agency but wasn't impressed by anyone. I got connected to Anand at a networking event and when I saw his UI portfolio, I was really amazed. The animations, user experience and wireframes were nothing but interactive and perfect.

Their team conducted a discovery session with us. In that, they asked us about our industry, current reviews, user feedback, and information on our competitors. They also worked to make the user journey map so potential buyers stay on the site for the longest.

We are more than happy with the deliverables from the team Deaara. The UI design has given us a foundation for our social media and brand identity. We've tested it with a few potential customers, and the feedback has been positive. Their design has enabled us to create something new in the world of digital.

Their team was quite collaborative. From attending our calls from morning to evening, we worked and researched our competitors to create something good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their UI and UX portfolio was out of the box. The designs are not at all taken from somewhere and every design was unique. Adding to it, i was really impressed by their office enviornment also. The work and meetings are done on time

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Due to the online feedback meetings, it was a little difficult to communicate effectively but i dont think it was anyone's fault.
