Project was to do two main things: branding and website development. Very simple, but done with sense of style and user friendly.
Just for the purpose to attract customers who are interested in professionally designed home automation systems done with quality in mind.

For our project two people were assigned to it: designer and website developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The outcomes are not showing yet, as the project is still under development - last steps. But some interest is already seeing as we got few phone calls from the potential customers.

We needed help with our branding deck and our website’s wireframes and overall feel.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
First, DigitalDesign researched background information about a medical procedure. Marcella (UX/UI Designer) then provided a detailed PowerPoint report that included controversies, leading and trailing firms, and competitors.
What is the team composition?
Aside from Marcella, I also work with Angelica (Founder), who is very hands-on. There are other people involved in the project, but I don’t know who they are.
How did you come to work with DigitalDesign.NYC?
I saw them on Twitter. I knew they understood the market, so I decided they were perfect for the project.
How much have you invested with them?
I have spent $30,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2021, and it’s ongoing.

I’m impressed with DigitalDesign’s work, and they exceed my expectations.
How did DigitalDesign.NYC perform from a project management standpoint?
Our communication is simple; we use WhatsApp and Zoom calls. We haven’t had any difficulty, even though they’re based in New York and we’re in Switzerland.
What did you find most impressive about them?
DigitalDesign has a global perspective — they’re not provincial, and they see the big picture. They know the market.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of any. They’ve done everything spot on.
