DD Systems s.c.

DD Systems is a two-person software team from Opole, Poland, building custom business systems for small and mid-sized companies: ERP, CRM, warehouse management (WMS), production reporting (MES), B2B customer portals and mobile apps for field teams.

We work with companies that have outgrown spreadsheets, or that run an off-the-shelf ERP which doesn't reach where the work actually happens - the warehouse floor, the service van, the customer's office. Depending on the situation, we either integrate with what you already run or build the first system in the company from scratch.

Two things make our model different. First, you own the software outright: the code lands in your repository from day one, together with documentation, and there is no per-user subscription and no vendor lock-in. We build on Laravel and Flutter, so any developer can pick it up later. Second, there are no subcontractors and no account managers: the same two engineers who scope your system on the first call deliver it, web panel and mobile app alike.

Four out of five clients come back to us with a second project.
