Day Seven helps UK organisations turn AI licences into real capability. Most teams already have Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude. Few use them well. We close that gap with practical, hands-on training built around your own tools, workflows and use cases, never a generic off-the-shelf course.
Who we work with: senior leadership teams who need direction and governance, engineering teams who want AI across the full development lifecycle, and the wider workforce who need to work faster day to day. Sessions run as hands-on labs in cohorts of 10 to 20, where people build with their own tools and leave with something they can use the next morning.
How it works: discovery first, to understand your business and where AI will actually pay off. Then four stages: Align (leadership sets direction and guardrails), Enable (cohort training on real work), Prove (pilots and sprints that ship something measurable) and Embed (champions, playbooks and ongoing support so it sticks). Between sessions, the Day Seven Academy keeps learning live with an up-to-date course library, an AI coach and podcast-style lessons.
The Day Seven Sprint is our signature accelerator: a seven-day hackathon that takes a real internal problem and leaves you with a working prototype and a team that knows how to build the next one.
Governance runs through everything: AI readiness assessments, responsible-use policies, adoption strategy and ISO 42001 training, so you move quickly with confidence.
We measure what matters: adoption, active usage, productivity on the workflows that count and pre/post capability scores.
Day Seven is a Microsoft partner based in Leeds, delivering across the UK and internationally. Clients include Velociti and Yorkshire Cancer Research, and our team brings senior learning and technology experience from Aviva, KPMG, William Hill, Adobe and Meta.
Most clients start with a single leadership day or a scoped pilot and extend from there.

Day Seven was founded in Leeds by Qasim Ahmed after 15 years leading digital learning teams at Aviva, KPMG and William Hill, where he saw the same problem everywhere: AI licences arriving long before the capability to use them. Our team of AI practitioners, trainers and consultants fixes that with hands-on programmes built on your own workflows, from leadership days and engineering bootcamps to the seven-day Day Seven Sprint, backed by safe governance and measured adoption.
