Developed new powerBI dashboard to capture our clinician metrics so that we could better monitor the progress and performance of over 40 staff members. Took data from our electronic health record and converted it into a visualization PowerBI. Also took our very manual payroll process and converted it into a automated powerBI dashboard. we are continuing to work with them on more projects to help us streamline and automate our current systems.

we successfully implemented our first dashboard, which has made it easier for us to oversee and evaluate the performance of our clinicians. And they have consistently communicated and delivered results based on questions or feedback that I had shared with them throughout the entire process.

Yes Raji is very responsive answering emails promptly as well as making adjustments as needed throughout the process and met all of our timelines.
