DataNote is the most comprehensive enterprise solution designed to deliver expected results without disclosing confidential data or logic to the vendor. DataNote is the only enterprise solution developed using OpenLogic Framework technology. While it is necessary to share sensitive data, including trade secrets, business logic, operational logic, and formulas, to implement an ERP system in any organization, DataNote does not require such information to be shared with the vendor. We have developed an ERP framework consisting of two major parts: a Structure Engine and a Logic Engine. The ownership of the Structure Engine remains with us, while the client is free to manage the Logic Engine.
