Databaaba

Databaaba is Shahzeb Khan's software studio for Amazon sellers, vendors and agencies. It is one engineer by design: you talk to the person who writes the code, and every project is scoped and quoted before it starts.

Databaaba builds on Amazon's own APIs:

• SP-API integrations for orders, inventory, finances, reports and buyer-PII workflows (Restricted Data Tokens), across multiple accounts and marketplaces.
• Amazon Ads API automation: hourly dayparting, bid and budget rules, guardrails, dry-run mode and audit logs.
• Amazon Marketing Stream pipelines into the client's own AWS account, loaded into BigQuery.
• Looker Studio dashboards that combine ads, retail and vendor (RRA) data and reconcile against Seller Central.
• Integrations with Etsy, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Mirakl, FedEx and DHL.

Selected work: an hourly dayparting system for Kiloverse's Amazon team; Marketing Stream and vendor RRA pipelines for Alclear (Germany); a five-layer data-integrity system for a multi-account marketplace platform; restricted-data and Amazon Custom order automation for moomentsDE.

Pricing: scoped builds from $1,000 to $9,900 at a fixed quote; development at $100/hour and consulting at $130/hour. Two smaller ways to start: a $50 session to get SP-API or Ads API access submitted correctly, or one workflow automated in a week for $500. Fixed $500 packages also cover SP-API public-app approval and migrations off the SP-API and Ads API versions Amazon retires in 2026-27.
