Please describe your company and your position there.

My company Diesel Truck Parts sells new and used diesel parts mostly for semi trucks. I'm a lead mechanic and a co-owner. I also take care of our website dieseltruckparts.us

For what projects/services did your company hire Darwin Global Partners, and what were your goals?

We hired Darwin Global Partners for increasing website browser loading speed and SEO services. The goals were increasing organic traffic and loading speed of web pages in Google search engine.

How did you select Darwin Global Partners and what were the deciding factors?

We found them using simple Google search. The company had great reviews and we liked what Darwin Global Partners had to offer. Their presentation was made in an easy-to-follow format and they were able to explain their services in layman terms.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

Our overarching goal was to increase our sales through organic SEO. We had to stay profitable while doing so. A secondary objective is to increase sales from non-branded keywords (in a profitable manner). Including on-page SEO and correct link building.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I had a day-to-day account manager Juliia Savenko who is great and who runs SEO working process within Darwin Global Partners. She worked hand-in-hand with me and the SEO team to ensure we are all synced and aligned. They are all very accessible and easy to work with. They were in constant communication regarding what they were doing and what we could expect.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far, our results are very satisfying. Since working together we receive over 90 calls per month! We have kept the core business running while in parallel, we've been implementing a plan to capture more non-branded-keyword volume. Our cost/conversion is within our objective and we feel well prepared for the customer flow grow next month.

The team was quick to return emails and phone calls, which is always very important. All of the project deadlines were met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their professionalism and knowledge capacity. I wouldn't have been able to do what they do. They've helped me take my company to another level. They were always available and always had an answer to all of our questions and concerns.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We don't think so. We are all humans after all. But they were great communication wise and final result wise.
