BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I work for Grosvenor, we own and operate property and areas Mayfair and Belgravia in central London.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Darabase, and what were your goals?

We wanted to create an AR solution that align with Belgravia in Bloom and deliver on our marketing KPIs (Footfall, dwell time and turnover) as well as supporting feedback from tenants, including neighbourhood discovery and tenant sales conversions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our internal innovation team had already explored working with Darabase, but once introduced we were immediately confident in their ability to delivery the project according to our deliverables and high standard requirements.

Browser based AR experience that had multiple functions: immersive map/gamification/voting technology/video AR experiences/2 "hero" AR experiences (fairground games)/data capture.

Four, across design and project management.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The AR vastly exceeded our expectations. Footfall, dwell time and tenant turnover were all significantly increased for the week long campaign, AR uses exceeded our targets and response from both tenants and the general public were unanimously positive. We already plan to work with Darabase on similar project next year.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had weekly project calls, increasing to twice weekly closer to project launch. We used Google sheets to manage content, snagging and updates. A very easy to use, efficient process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their high-level project management and creativity were impressive. They went above and beyond as well.
