Daoist Design

Daoist Design is a boutique interior design and classical Feng Shui consultancy serving Silicon Valley, the San Francisco Peninsula, and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Founded by Feng Shui Grandmaster Ashley Nguyen, the studio integrates interior design, classical Feng Shui, and environmental psychology to create beautiful, functional, human-centered environments.

Residential Interior Design & Feng Shui

Daoist Design helps homeowners transform spaces through interior design consultations, residential Feng Shui assessments, space planning, furniture layouts, renovation guidance, and new construction planning. Our approach addresses challenging floor plans, spatial flow, sensory comfort, and the relationship between a home’s design and its occupants.

Real Estate Feng Shui Consulting

We work with home buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and property professionals on pre-purchase Feng Shui evaluations, property assessments, site orientation, entrances, architectural layouts, and recommendations for challenging property configurations.

Environmental Psychology & Specialized Design

Our design philosophy considers how physical environments influence daily routines, focus, comfort, and well-being. Services may incorporate ADHD-friendly home design, neurodivergent design considerations, sensory-aware interiors, and supportive home office environments.

Commercial Feng Shui & Interior Design

We advise businesses and design professionals on workplace environments, office layouts, commercial Feng Shui, and spaces that support the people who use them.

Based in Silicon Valley, Daoist Design serves Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Atherton, Los Altos, Mountain View, San Jose, San Francisco, and surrounding Bay Area communities.
