At the time, I was a freelance copywriter and solopreneur. I had been operating this way for about 8 years — I was doing okay for myself but I lacked business structure and a business plan. I wanted to grow the business and needed guidance on how to do so.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Damian M. Reid International provided teh coaching required to address my challenges. I worked wiht him to identify areas where the delegation of tasks could free up time to focus on growth and to develop a scalable business model that could handle increasing pressures. 

Damian delivered 1- to-1 private coaching sessions in 2018, and then continued to provide on-demand mentoring in 2019, 2020 and 2021. The coaching and mentoring had a significant impact on Luminate Communications.

In 2018, we met 1-1 on a regular basis for coaching sessions. Damian would assign homework at each session for me to complete before we could go on to the next stage. Once I launched the bigger business and continued to grow, I continued to engage Damian's servivces for the next three years through quarterly mentoring sessions to course correct as I grew the business.
