I have been a photographer since before 1981. What began as a hobby quickly turned in to a profession and life long passion. My path of informal training started with a four year apprenticeship with a newspaper in Southern Manitoba. This grew in to a journalism career that included both staff and freelance employment. Although I have taken workshops and seminars in my early years as a photographer, my recent path is one that is largely self taught. I remain relevant and current with a constant discipline of online tutorials.
