Mark and his team helped us increase our revenue coming from email and SMS marketing. His team helped us generate around $750,000 in additional revenue. 

Key Deliverables Were: 

• Flow buildout
• Campaign calendar
• 12-13 campaigns per month
• Content calendar
• 4 SMS campaigns per month

It was super easy working with them because they handled all of our email marketing and all we had to do was approve the campaigns.  $750,000 generated in email attributed revenue Mark and his team went above and beyond. We always had access to his team and him on Slack. His team lets you know what is going on, why they are doing what they are doing, and always keeping us in the loop. Even though we trusted what he was doing, his updates and his team communication with us really allowed us to trust Dahaus Digital and the team 100% and have peace of mind that things were running smoothly.
Communication was top tier. We have worked with agencies in the past and their communication was not the best. We really felt like we were apart of their team and they were a part of ours.  We wished they had more services available for us like Meta Ads, Creatives, CRO, etc.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our measurable outcome for this project was to convert new customers who recently signed up for our email lists. Mark and his team did a great job implementing email flows for us, which significantly increased our conversion rate through our welcome series and abandoned cart/checkout emails. The monthly campaigns from Mark also enhanced engagement with our newsletters. Since working with Mark we've experienced an increase in open rates as well as click rates in our emails.

Mark and his team demonstrated exceptional project management throughout our collaboration, consistently exceeding our expectations regarding deadlines. They kept us in the loop with a detailed content calendar, providing us with a transparent view of all upcoming campaigns and their respective timelines.
Whenever we needed to highlight a new product drop or adjust our campaign strategy, Mark and his team were incredibly responsive. Even under short notice, Mark and his team managed to deliver high-quality work while meeting our deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most about this company was the remarkable structure and workflow they have established. The onboarding process was pretty long, but they took their job very seriously and asked the right questions to make sure everything aligned with our brand voice, message, and values. They asked insightful and targeted questions, demonstrating a genuine investment in fully grasping our needs and goals.
Their ability to consistently maintain such high standards truly impressed me. I've worked with some of the best agencies in the world, and my experience with Mark and his team is comparable to, if not better than, the top-tier agencies I have collaborated with in the past.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dahaus Digital could have done differently?

One area for improvement would be the expansion of their service offerings. Their expertise in email marketing is top-tier, but we wished they also provided additional services such as Meta Ads, Creatives, CRO, etc.
