I’m a marketing associate at Anuhar Homes. We’re a construction company.

They design fliers and brochures for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

D3Concepts designs all our brochures, flyers, and logos.

What is the team composition?

We’re working with four people from their team at the moment: Sarathi (Managing Director) and three designers.

How did you come to work with D3Concepts Ltd?

Sarathi, their owner, happens to be one of the best designers in Hyderabad.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost so far is more than 2,000,000 Indian rupees (approximately $27,000).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with D3Concepts in 2016, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I can’t put it in numerical terms, but D3Concepts Ltd is definitely doing a wonderful job. They come up with great designs, and we get a lot of leads from the brochures and fliers they give us.  

Sarathi is a wonderful artist. He comes up with pencil sketches based on which they make the 3D designs. We tell them what we want, Sarathi makes a quick sketch in 10 minutes, then they start working on the final graphics.

How did D3Concepts Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

D3Concepts Ltd has good project management skills. We have monthly meetings, and we communicate through phone calls and email at least once a week.

They generally meet deadlines, but they do go over about one out of ten times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They come up with sketches immediately. We can give them a concept, and they’ll make a sketch within 10 minutes, which reflects the final design. All that remains is coloring and lining.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should be better structured and establish departments like accounts. Certain work has to be done by certain people, and it’s important not to cross those boundaries. An accounts person can’t do design work, and vice versa.  

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

D3Concepts Ltd is one of the best design companies in Hyderabad. They just need to become better organized.
