Not because the owner wants it that way. Because the systems were never built to work without them.

Dörröppnaren is an operational architecture consultancy based in Täby, Sweden. We work with owner-led companies to identify where time and money are leaking — and build the systems that eliminate that waste permanently.

Every engagement starts with a no-risk audit. We identify at minimum 10 automatable hours per week before a single invoice is sent. If we can't find them, there is no fee.

We work with founders and operators running companies between 50M and 300M SEK in revenue — typically in construction, property management, technical distribution, and industrial services in the Stockholm North region.

We measure five things on every project: hours saved per week, error rate before vs after, cycle time reduction, tools consolidated, and client satisfaction at 30/60/90 days.

We work with a maximum of five clients at a time. Building systems that actually save time cannot be mass-produced.

Dörröppnaren was founded by Tobias Åhlin, with ten years in enterprise technology including Snowflake, multiple President's Club recognitions, and a consistent track record of delivering measurable results for complex organizations.
