We needed a label printing product that could work with our warehousing system as a way to further automate our orders and fulfillment.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

CYBRA was already part of our system's ecosystem. Installing it was easy.

It was quite easy. We needed a license key and we were able to get started. We were also able to import some legacy labels in a matter of days.

three or four people. Very good customer interactions and support.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The speed at which we can generate labels is incalculable compared to previous operations.

Timetable was agreed upon and met. No issues in that regard. Definitely felt like we were taken care of and appreciated properly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their solutions were perfect for our needs and were met quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Making any physical changes to labels can be a bit laborious. Thankfully I don't have to do that often.
