Cybergizer team doesn't work separately from TabelCheck. Instead, it's an integral part of our teams and works together with the internal staff to deliver values as part of each team's day-to-day activities. Cybergizer is not a common IT Services company. The members working at TableCheck are fully and long-term committed to the company's vision and mission.

As said, each member has their strengths and areas of improvement, but everyone is always very receptive to feedback, and their HR staff is always available and open to prompt collaboration.

We are a New York based boutique software consulting and development company offering a complete range of services in the (digital) product/app development lifecycle. We work on developing fully functional web and mobile versions of our clients ideas.

There are always areas for improvement, but Cybergizer is stirving to improve all the time. They organize courses for imporvement of their developers as awell as conferences to improve the networking and broaden their vies and pool of resources. We're a localization vendor. We provide translations into foreign languages and localization for apps and games, videos, and contextual advertising. My position is related to international business development.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cybergizer?

We acquired a continuous localization platform in 2018 that simplifies the translation workflow for developers. Our intent was to maintain and further develop the platform -- for that purpose we used the services of Cybergizer.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for developers with high qualifications and working experience in international projects. The dominant factor was also the cost of project development. The development team of Cybergizer just has the experience that allows us to find original and effective solutions for our project.

The stages of project development were the following: Code rewriting. Updating Rails to the latest version, fixing vulnerabilities. Interface improvement. Redesign.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The project development team consisted of: Project manager, 3 developers

with the following technology stack: Ruby on Rails, and Postgres.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The development team succeeded to streamline and simplify localization process, from the business perspective it led to speeding up the projects delivery to the market.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were fully satisfied with developers' communication skills, they were great team players. We mostly communicated online, but we even met in person from time to time to discuss the project details.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The development team offered effective solutions that made it possible to meet the budget and deadline, that is what we appreciate a lot.

The team worked perfectly and quickly responded to the tasks set, offering effective solutions. We would also suggest their team to further improve their hard skills and take part in new interesting projects.

Together, we built a working prototype of the logistics productivity system, including a basic mobile app. We deployed this and in conjunction with a consulting team driving operational change on site, demonstrated an improvement in crane productivity of 53% after 6 weeks. This formed the value foundation for building up the company.

Since then we have demonstrated further results for clients based on additional products developed and the logistics tool has become a core part of how some of our clients do business. The team is also enthusiastic about contributing beyond the standard technical scope. For example, they wrote the first version of our development handbook which forms a core part of our team guidance today.

We manage our own sprints and deadlines but the management team are always reliable in communication. Our project management style and structure is quite unique. The Cybergizer teams have generally reacted positively to this style and have also contributed positively

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I physically interviewed 30 different agencies and shortlisted Cybergizer and one other company as preferred partners. This was a ruthless process which was not influenced by our prior working relationship and it was comforting to see Cybergizer come out on top.

The management team (Sergy and Anatoli) are global thought leaders within the Ruby on Rails community and it was impressive to see their involvement with local Ruby on Rails events including as guest speakers. Because of this, they are very well connected to the tech space in their region. They almost always can find someone within their network who can address specific technical needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cybergizer could have done differently?

One of the risks for outsourcing development is that you are one step further away from managing the talent in your team. For a company like Cybergizer they need to rotate staff to continually upskill and keep staff engaged. This can be disruptive as a client, but I don't think there's anything that Cybergizer can do differently about this. They are always honest and up-front about this challenge and I am happy with the way they handle it.
