During our recent engagement with Cyber Matrix Tech, we contracted their team to perform a penetration test and vulnerability assessment of our company's network infrastructure.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cyber MAtrix Tech could have done differently?

While we were very pleased with Cyber Matrix Tech's overall performance and the quality of their work on our recent penetration testing and vulnerability assessment project, there were a few areas where we felt they could have improved. One area was around communication. While their communication was generally good, there were a few instances where we felt that we were not kept as informed as we would have liked, particularly when delays or issues arose.

Another area for improvement could be around the presentation of their findings. While their reports were well-written and informative, we felt that the visual representation of their findings could have been improved. We would have appreciated more graphical representations of the data, which would have made it easier to digest and share with our internal stakeholders. 

Overall, we were pleased with Cyber Matrix Tech's work and their professionalism, but we felt that there were some areas where they could have done better. However, we recognize that no engagement is perfect, and we would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
