Founded in 1958, the law firm of Cunningham Bounds is based in Mobile, Alabama and has been representing plaintiffs in litigation for over 50 years. Today, the firm also continues its tradition of excellence in business and complex litigation. Our attorneys represent victims in cases involving catastrophic injury caused by work related accidents, defective products, truck and automobile accidents, and medical malpractice. The firm also has expertise in national and state class action litigation involving defective products and consumer fraud.
