Our website maintenance is moving in the right direction as we have seen many improvements to date. The website speed has increased dramatically, and it loads faster than earlier. Their team has also done impressive work on the user experience that has also improved.

I am satisfied with how they have handled our project to date. They have broken up different roles into their team members, making them efficient in the process. We communicate over Skype and phone calls but are also given choices to use WhatsApp, Slack, and other mediums. They provide regular reports to keep up updated on the project’s progress.

They are a good team with skillful professionals. Their team was the best in terms of communication.

They worked exceptionally and created the website as per our expectations. They created the website using Magento besides a few other technologies for front-end and backend development.

2-.3 developers were involved in the project apart from 1 quality analyst, and a project manager. I had regular one-to-one discussion with the project manager who coordinated with the developers and us on the other side. He kept the project on track with all feedback and inputs.

Not any specific outcomes, but I would like to say that they built an impressive website. We are getting a steady flow of web traffic on the website and many of our customers have left appreciative remarks.
