The firm was founded in 1978 and known as Bobbie B. Crump, Jr., Architect. Mike Wilson joined the firm as a partner in 1985 and brought with him his expertise in laboratory and research facilities. Later Shawn Fisher and Carrie Knight were named partners. Their presence has enabled the firm to handle larger projects, a more diverse client base, and a wider range of project types.
