Have a better (faster and seamless) cross-browser and cross-device testing lab/tools which will enable faster task closure. Most of the applications in today's world need to adapt to various devices (OS versions, size, browsers etc), and having an efficient tool in this area will enhance the outcome.

We evaluated few vendors on technical capability , cost and SAAS business reference. CresTech though was a bit costlier, we liked their technical capability and planning for our project.

We provide access to mobile devices and web browsers in saas model. We have more than 150K users on the platform from across the globe. response time plays a major part of user experiences when access users access any Mobile device or browser on platform. It was important for to understand the scalability of our platform and bottlenecks if there are any. CresTech had a very comprehensive load and performance testing offering to suit our needs
