          The Crest organization was founded in 1953 by Donald and Adelaide Hood. Mr. Hood was a pioneer in the development of thermostatic bi-metals, and he led the industry through a period of significant changes.  Today, Crest operates out of a 20,000 square foot facility that is equipped with some of the most versatile metal fabricating technology available. Mr. Hood's discipline and principles are still a guiding force for the company, which explains why we enjoy long standing relationships with many of our customers.

          Crest is a full-service supplier, handling all phases of production in-house.  Our capabilities include everything from design and tool- making to stamping and coiling.  Consistent investment in new equipment enables us to stay out in front of our customers' needs.  With all functions performed in-house, we are able to control quality, meet delivery requirements and manage costs effectively.
