I am the Chief operations officer at Al Fanous Glazing, a glass and aluminum specialist focusing on the premium residential category of projects in the United Arab Emirates and around.

Our business has been in the market for well over 2 decades and has had the same branding since. Since we were getting into a new segment of working with the luxury residential sector with a new range of products and projects, this move to a new and edgy branding was imperative.

Through word of mouth and through very good follow up from their end.

In person meetings to understand what our mind set was to get the job done and a very comprehensive approach to suggesting how we ought to shape our business to be well received by the market as a refreshed brand, whilst also not compromising on the heritage of the brand.

Their entire team was active but mainly the founder and her head designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the new branding which was launched on time for an Eid Ul Fitr Launch, we were able to send customized gift hampers and marketing BTL to our clients for the festive occasion which helped us get in touch with a lot of our old clientele and also served as a good gesture to existing clientele.

Well done. Active on email and WhatsApp and catered to everything on time.

The team's response time and cooperation to our schedule and budget were impressive.
