Our Story

Creative3Design has shaped luxury interiors and architecture from Cairo since 2003, with 1,100+ projects across apartments, villas, palaces, offices and hospitality spaces. Led by Eng. Mohamed Hassan, Assistant Professor of Architectural Design at Al-Azhar University, our team blends academic rigour with hands-on execution. We design in two signature languages, Ultra-Modern and New Classic, supported by 3D visuals and VR walkthroughs, and deliver turnkey fit-out across Egypt and the Gulf.

Since 2003 we have completed more than 1,100 residential, hospitality and office projects across Egypt and the Gulf. That volume gives clients realistic budgets, tested suppliers and finishing details already proven on site, not only on paper.

Academic Rigour Meets Site Execution

Our founder is an Assistant Professor of Architectural Design at Al-Azhar University and a licensed engineering consultant since 2019. Each scheme is validated technically before a wall is built, then supervised by the same team through handover.

3D and VR Approval Before Construction

Every project is presented in photoreal 3D plus a VR walkthrough, so materials, lighting and proportions are approved before construction starts. Remote clients in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf run the same process end to end without travelling.

Yes. A defined part of our work is remote interior design for villas and apartments in Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf. The client shares the architectural drawings or a measured survey, we agree the brief and budget in SAR, and we deliver the full package remotely: space planning, 3D visualisations, a VR walkthrough, working drawings, and a material and BOQ schedule that a local contractor can execute directly. We stay available through the execution phase for shop drawing review and site queries by video call.

A turnkey package runs from empty concrete shell to a furnished, handed-over unit under one contract. It covers concept and space planning, photoreal 3D and a VR walkthrough, full working and shop drawings, electrical and plumbing routing, gypsum and false ceilings, flooring and wall finishes, custom joinery and kitchens, doors, lighting, painting, sanitary ware, and final furnishing and styling. Site supervision, contractor coordination, a priced BOQ and a phased timeline are part of the same scope, so the client deals with one accountable team rather than separate designers and contractors.
