Our consulting services also encompass market research, feasibility analysis, and project management, which guide clients through program or product implementation, ultimately to its close and operational phase. We develop tailored financial models to create pro forma statements, assumptions, and cash flow analysis, supporting effective project planning. One of my most significant accomplishments has been securing over $19.5 million in grant funding for our residential care clients this year alone.
